The app can’t to discover/connect to the hub via Bluetooth while setting up a new Hub

There are two scenarios in which the app cannot connect to the Hub, please check them to troubleshoot the problem.

1. App Can’t Discover Hub

Ensure your mobile device’s Bluetooth is enabled and the Hub is blinking and in pairing mode.

If you are using an Android, please ensure that your Android system has authorized location permissions, as Bluetooth devices cannot be discovered without it.

If you are using iOS systems, please ensure that you have granted the app permission to use Bluetooth for new connections by going to Settings.

2. The App Can Discover Hub but Cannot Connect

Please keep the Hub next to the app’s device and ensure both are powered on.

Reset the Hub by unplugging it from the power source and plugging it back in.
