None of the commands worked after adding my device

I understand you are facing issues controlling your device after adding it to the X1-Remote. Let me help you with some troubleshooting steps to fix the problem.

Firstly, please note that the X1-Remote does not have an infrared function, and all control commands are issued from the X1-Hub. To ensure the hub is installed in an appropriate location, refer to the article on positioning the X1-Hub.

If you have added a code library that doesn’t match your device, most keys may be incorrect or non-functional. To avoid this situation, please try the commands in the command list page before downloading and make sure they work before downloading. Of course, if only a few commands don’t work, you can download them first and then fix the commands. Alternatively, you can look for a similar model to your device and download it to check if it works.
