The screen on my remote is abnormal

If your screen displays unusual streaks or patterns, try switching to a different page to see if the problem persists. If it does, it may indicate a hardware issue with the screen. Please take a video of the problem and share it with our customer service team, along with your order number and shipping address. We will promptly arrange for a remote control replacement.

In case the screen of your remote goes black, charge it with the original charging cable for 20 minutes to see if it responds. If the screen remains black and unresponsive even after charging, please record a video of the problem and send it to our customer service team with your order number and shipping address. We will arrange for a free replacement of your remote control.
