Why can’t I learn commands from my original remote?

Compatibility: Only works with IR remotes (not RF/Bluetooth/WiFi). For dual-mode remotes, ensure the IR mode is active.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1.Keep remotes 3-5 cm apart with no obstructions

2.Try 3 times per button using:

Long-press (2-3 sec)

Quick-press (normal click)
