Why can’t I learn commands from my original remote?

Compatibility: Only works with IR remotes (not RF/Bluetooth/WiFi). For dual-mode remotes, ensure the IR mode is active.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Keep remotes 3-5 cm apart with no obstructions

2. Try 3 times per button using:

(1) Long-press (2-3 sec)

(2) Quick-press (normal click)

3. Still not working? Provide to support:

(1) Device brand/model

(2) Problem buttons
