My NVIDIA Shield is missing some commands—how do I fix this?

Currently, channel and directional commands (up/down/left/right) are unavailable when pairing your NVIDIA Shield via Bluetooth, as these functions aren’t yet supported in our codebase. Our team is actively working to add this support. As a temporary solution, if you have a Shield Pro or newer model, try connecting via IR mode instead for full functionality.
