If you notice bubbles or a wrinkled appearance on the screen of your X2 remote, it is likely caused by a second protective film that was applied at the factory. This film is designed to protect the screen during shipping and can be safely removed.
How to fix:
- Look closely at the edge of the screen. You may see a thin, transparent film layer.
- Gently lift the edge of the film with your fingernail. Do not use sharp tools.
- Slowly peel the film off. The bubbles should disappear once the film is removed.
- If bubbles remain after removing the film, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Note: There is a second film on the screen of your X2 remote that you can rip off.
