Why doesn’t my X1S Remote wake up when I lift it?

The Wake-on-Lift feature activates only after you’ve added a device with your X1S Remote. Here’s how to get started:

1. Add a compatible device to your remote (e.g., TV, streaming box).
2. Wake-on-Lift will then automatically enable—just pick up the remote to use it!
