Why is the OFF button on my remote not working?

The OFF button (upper left) is designed for Activities, not individual devices.

✅ Activities control multiple devices simultaneously (e.g., “Watch TV” turns on your TV, soundbar, and cable box).
➡️ Pressing OFF shuts down all devices in your current Activity.

⚠️ If you’re controlling a single device:

(1)The OFF button won’t turn it off—it just returns you to the Activity screen.

(2)Instead, use the device’s dedicated power button (e.g., “TV Power”).
