Why doesn’t my Hub appear in the app after Wi-Fi setup?

1. Network Configuration
Ensure your Hub, mobile device and primary router are on the same 2.4GHz band and subnet (critical for multi-subnet setups).

2. Device Settings
Disable VPN connections on your mobile device and avoid guest WiFi networks (Hub doesn’t support guest networks).

3. Physical Placement
Position the Hub 2-3 meters from your router in open space (not enclosed). For network isolation, power off all secondary devices, reboot your main router, then unplug the Hub for 30 seconds.

4. Reconnection
With only the main router on, wait for the Hub’s blue flashing light, then perform a fresh setup in the app.
